Quality Policy Statement
The scope of Box Technologies business activity encompasses distribution of point of sale retail equipment and accessories (mainly PC based), including software configuration.
Box Technologies Ltd recognises the importance to its future of adopting a strategy, which bases the development of its business on the pursuit of quality throughout the organisation.
This commitment to quality is based on the principle that the effective and consistent implementation of operational systems, which reflect both customer and business requirements, will result in the continuous satisfaction of customer needs.
It is the policy of the Company to achieve this through the continual improvement of the Company’s activities by the planning, setting and implementation of specified and measurable quality objectives by the Management Team and the regular review of the effectiveness of the management system via the Management Review process.
This commitment is based on the implementation of a management system that reflects the business requirements of the Company. This management system is defined in a documented management manual, which provides clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the Company’s activities.
It is the intent of the Company that it’s management system will, at a minimum, satisfy the requirements of it’s customers, the EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standard, and all legal and regulatory requirements.
